What Kind Of People Would Do Such A Thing?

Can you imagine duct taping a cat? I just could not imagine much alone bring myself to do it, but this sicko lunatic is downright despicable to the core where he duct taped the cat and left it to wander the streets. It is also found that the duct tape is one of the strongest quality typed!! I just feel for the cat and hoped that this culprit be apprehended! Which person in their right mind would do such a thing. I'm totally against animal abuse and it's really a cruel thing.

zed_k4, This person's mind is too right, if you know what I mean. Imagine this person could be bothered to get such a sticky tape and tape the whole cat. Anyway, I just hope that this person will be riddled with some conscience at the end of the day.

im not what you call a big animal lover, but i couldnt see me doing that or hurting any animal unless they attack me

syankee525, Domestic animals rarely attack, most of the time because of their size they are usually more intimidated. I just cannot see how any sane and kind hearted human could think of such a painful prank to a fragile animal. Just sad isn't it?
