When my phone hangs, I usually wait for it to restart... But if this doesn't happen then I remove the batter pack too. If the problem persists I send it back to Nokia to have it repaired or replaced while it still has the warranty.

I'm not sure what you mean by phone getting "hanged". If you mean the phone disconnecting on its own, it might be more of network issues from service provider. If you're refering to phone "freezing up", then it might have something to do with the software in your handset itself. Either case, I do try to "hard reset" the phone first, taking the phone out & re-inserting it back in. And possibly master re-setting the phone. If these don't resolve the issue, then I usually call the service provider.

i dint face that problem in my current cell but my previous cell used to hang a lot.. i either used to give call to my cell as it sometimes helps and if that doesn't work i used to remove the battery..

I have never had that problem of my cell phone hanging. I would probabl do the samething that others would do, and that is remove ther battery and put it back in and hpe for the best. I can't recall any cell that I have had hanging whatsoever, and I have had quite a few diferent ones. My cell is fairly new, as I just got it in August, and it works beautifully. I hope I bever have that problem, but I will be prepared if I ever do. Have a good day, and happy mylotting.
