Avoiding people

Have you ever saw someone that you thought was better than you and tried to avoid them and a conversation? Maybe they have a better job or maybe better looking and maybe even seem like they have everything going for them? Would you be happy for them or would it make you feel bad about yourself? Or would it perhaps...make you think about your own life and ways to improve it?

I would never avoid a person for these reasons. I like to communicate with anyone as long as they are ok. When I avoided certain people I only done that because they might not be good people for me. I dont like double faced people or people who speak and critize everyone. That's the only reason. I would never avoid a person because she's prettier than me or because she has a better job than mine. We should be proud of who we are. We are all different from each other.

Uh..No.. Let me explain it this way (an adage I use at times as these).. When I was little stuff I was taught to respect my betters. I ain't found none yet! I was also taught to pity my lessers. Ain't found any of them either! I don't recognize social class as anything other than immature minds who use streotypical thinking to hide their fear of being true to themselves and other folks. Such folks as you describe do not make me feel less of myself or more of them. They are just individuals as all are individuals.. ENJOY!

I avoid people that I just do not care to have as a friend for different reason. I do not really think much about that person job. I do wish I would have a job no matter even if there job is better than mine. I wish I could improve my life but not because of the other person job.
