Are you a nudie sleeper?

I came across an article a while ago that stated that sleeping in the nude is actually healthy for us. The article mentioned something about an experiment done with monkeys by making them wear shorts and causing the poor animals’ demise within a week. I am not so sure I believe this but I have to ask what do you wear to bed? Are you a ‘nudie’ sleeper, a safe pyjama person or are you sexy lingerie babe? By the way, guys did you know that lingerie itches?

I didn't know that lingerie itches, ha.. now that you've mentioned it, no wonder some ladies do not like them. Now I know why. I'm a slacker kind of sleeper; and I like it shirtless and just donning the shorts. My sleeping position is also straight and kind of like a soldier on alert kind of sleep, lol.

You are welcome, Paula. I need to feel something on my body; at least a pair of shorts would do. I get what you mean there...

pjs - a pajama outfit
I normally sleep in a Tshirt and underwear, but last night I slept naked because I was really hot, and it wasn't bad. Every blue moon I'll sleep naked, but not often because it's a little uncomfortable, and I've had some bad experience haha. You never know who's going to give you an unexpected wake up call, so I feel a little better knowing that if the house was burning down or something, I would still have some kind of clothes on.

I usually just sleep with a shirt and some boxers. In Summer, in extreme cases I might go shirtless, but I don't really feel comfortable sleeping that way. As for your last question, yeah, I did know that although I never crossdressed or anything :) Don't ask how though...I wouldn't know how to answer still.

Hello dear. I thought i answered this topic, i remember reading it a couple of months back, but i was probably to busy with the job i had that i didn't get the time to do it then. Well anyway, i will answer now: when i am alone, i sleep in safe pyjamas and so does my girlfriend. When we are together, depending on if anyone else is in the house or not, and how hot it is, we can sleep almost naked (but with underwear on - without it we tend to sweat, and it is less comfortable) or she will get a long cotton blouse or a satin more sexy pyjama- but still comfy :)

I like to be wearing something because sleeping with nothing on feels weird to me no matter how hot it is! These days I am so tired at bedtime that I tend to fall asleep just with one of my old t-shirts on, my husband says they are real passion killers (LOL)! Thanks for the response!

Hello paula, I have different sleeping attire. . when it is cold, I like wearing pajamas. Or a short and a t-shirt. But when it is summer or it's hot, I prefer wearing sandos, and short shorts. I tried sleeping naked also its fresher especially when its hot. I just don't want to do it's raining. happy posting!

I admit I go more for comfort when I'm sleeping over trying to look sexy or cute. I usully sleep in a tank top & shorts, and honestly I have always been afraid of like my house catching on fire in the middle of the night (it happened when I was little) and then what?? I would have to run outside naked?!?!? lol I don't think so, how embarrassing would that be?

Me too, I like to be comfortable and could not care less how I look when I go to bed, just ask my husband!(LOL) If you have been faced with a fire emergency when you were younger it is understandable that it would be on your mind now.I like to wear something to bed too. Thanks for the response crys!

Thats so ludichrist!!! How can they compare humans and primates? Especially about sleepwear? Of coarse primates are not comfortable sleeping in clothes. They dont like clothes much anyways. Not even when they are awake. Its as retarded as expermenting on rats for human stuff. I sleep in a gowns (my fav). I also have pj's w/shorts and/or long pants. I dont really like the pants unless its very cold or im ill.

Hello Paula dear, This is nothing new for me as I had been sleping naked since I had started staying alone in a rented house. Initially it would cause some discomfiture but later on I got adjusted to it. Yes, this good for our general health too for the body parts get an access to play free.

hi paula, i have also read a magazine last year, i forgot the title of the magazine.. it says that wearing under wears like panty, brief and bra is not a good habit.. it's not good for the health, it says taht our body need also to relax being wrapped for the whole day.. so i followed it, and yes i am convinced because i can feel it, it really relaxes me a lot.. i just wear a whole duster every night or just a plain shirt and a pajama without those under wears on.. you can try it also.!! and you can say that it really works.. hugs and kisses, janebeth.

Definitely, it works for us. Just sometimes can get tempting... I won't say more, don't want to give the wrong impression. But it's very comfortable and my wife and I both do it most of the time.

I get the idea! My husband and I are both shy young things and need to be covered up, him by shorts, me by a t shirt, that's all we need and we're comfortable! Thanks for the response milkcow!

I wear pyjamas. If I didn't, I'd get cold. My husband throws the covers off in the middle of the night.

I know what you mean, mine does that too and keeps moving closer and closer to my side of the bed until I have about two inches of room left before I fall out, sometimes I have to get out of bed and sleep on the other side and by this stage he has all the covers wrapped around himself and he is impossible to wake up. Aside from his sleeping position and his snoring he is great to sleep with (NOT!) Thanks cutepenguin, appreciate the response!

Paula- It depends. We've still got little ones that crawl in bed with us so most of the time I wear my nightgowns. I have a summer one that I'm about to hang up being that I woke up to 17 degrees outside this morning! I'm still warming up lol. I have a Civil War style flannel one that my mother made me two Christmas's ago that I wear through the fall and winter. It's nice and warm, but also very roomy. I'm also picking up a new medival undergarmet in two weeks from the Ren Fest that is made out of a very light but durable cotton to sleep in. Namaste-Anora
