Happy day to all Mylotters, I hope your day turn out fine and a great one. Just a simple discussion here to share with you all today.
Color, what color do you like and why?
I particularly like light blue and sky blue color. It simply gives me a cool and natural feel. When I'm choose a outfit, I will always goes for my favourite blue first. I got a few tops and dresses in shades of blue. To some other items too like in doing arts and craft things, I will also choose a blue one first. Now, when comes to choose shirts for my son, I also like to goes for blue color.
Lately, I think my taste of color have change, I like to goes for black one. Before this I don't owned any black color outfit at all. Simply because I looks a bit wider now, that why wearing black can make one looks slimmer. But generally, I like light colour more than dark color.
There are many theories on color study, one of that I know is a black color car is consuming more petrol than other color.
Let's share with me about colors in your life, your outfit, your bedroom's wall color, your car and etc.

I love red so much since I'm in kindergaten *LOL*
I don't know why, but it makes me feel so energized, bright n brave. It gives me confidence when I wear my red t-shirt.
My mom tell me that I have a bad n quick temper because I love red, is it right? maybe :) I want to paint my bedroom color in red but I guess it will just hurt my eyes...
I also like black, u can combine it with any color ;) i have 6 red n 6 black t-shirts, I don't have much choice of colors on my t-shirts.. My mom said that if I wear my 6 t-shirt in 6 days, my friends will think that I wear the same t-shirt :D
I love blue and brown too.. U can combine brown with any color, just like black.
When I wear blue, I feel so warm and comfort. I do believe that every color u love is the representation of yourself. Sometimes I wear bright or dark t-shirts to show what I feel that day.

Hello Frolicgirl,
Do you know most of the Chinese especially Old Folks like RED color. It is the best color for Chinese! It brings luck, wealth, happiness !
When it is Chinese new year, we prepare RED packets to visit the friends and relatives. Mostly you will see Chinese wearing RED costumes on Chinese New Year.

hi there vingyan!I heard about that, so that's why I see red everywhere when I watch Chinese New Year celebration on TV
when I wear my red outfit, I feel so energetic. I think I can do everything on that day!

I liked orange the most when I was young then in my teens I started liking pink like all the girls do but know I like black colour becoz black dress looks cool on any guy or girl.

Hello lemonjude. Now it is winter. When winter comes, I love to wear dark color clothes like black, navy blue and jeans, as they trap heat to keep warm. But when it is summer, I love to light colors, like blue, gray, white, and so on.

Hai lemonjude : ) Personally I love light colors...My favourite color is blue and I love all light shades of blue...I feel blue gives you a very peaceful feeling and makes you happy...I love wearing light coloured clothes...

My favorite color is Green, specifically Apple Green. Before, I like the color pink but it's been so girly so I change it to blue but then again there are lot of people whose favorite color is blue. So now, prefer Apple Green, its cool in the eyes and unique.

I like the color yellow, red, blue, green and pink. for me they are the happy colors. While black and white is the colors of mourning in other cultures.

Basically all color are beautiful, for me I'd prefer sky blue, every time I look above to the bright blue sky, it seems like my sorrow and problem has temporarily gone. But in fact, still we have to consider another color as alternative. I am a man, so black, white and beige are very useful and look good on me as an outfit. But when it deal to my kitchen wall color, I use light blue and light green to cheer up a bit. I use ivory and pale lilac for my bedroom for therapy purpose. I like gardening, my favorite display would be flowers in mauve combine with blue, or lemon yellow combine with orange. See, each color has her own power and beauty for the different occasion. Sometimes our favorite color won't work that much in certain situation.

lemonjude.. I personally like the blue colour, however when come to my outfit, I find I have more pink than blue. I will have my bedsheet blue, my comforter in blue, some of my decorative in blue.. however now when you mentioned about outfit, I realised I have more of pink, red but not many blue...
I now choose more pink for my baby girl (is that a common 'rules' that we choose pink for girls and blue for boys) and not other colour ah?

hey, i also like light blue and sky blue color. it makes me calm down and be patient. and i have so many t-shirts in light blue, i love it. and my friend said that it ease their stress when i am in blue. they also like it. and as far as i know, many girls like that color. i do not know why, but it is the truth.

Good day to all of you!Well for me my favorite color is red i just dont know why.But maybe because this color makes feel agressive that is in relation to my country which is the Phillipines our national flag has three colors one is red and the color red symbolizes bravery.Way back to our history many Filipinos had fought for my country just to attain freedom the rebels where called katipuneros and most of them wear red clothing as a sign being against our invaders before.For me the color red is very attractive to children just like for example the mascot Jollibee its custome id red which is very attractive to children thats why njo wonder if you check this company jollibee its very progressive maybe thats the reason behind its success.

I like the color light green, it symbolizes life, and it is true that green relaxes your eyes. I don't own any green shirts, except for my bio hazard one. A friend of mine used green duck tape to make the back of my itouch have a better grip for the low price of $0.00. =] Have a nice day!

I love all colors as you can tell from my avatar, but if I had to choose a color out of all it would be Green. I just love it, in my home, clothes. I think its a beautiful natural color, that can be sexy and sweet and dark and bright.
I use to love black because everyone looks thin and good in black, and it was sophisticated and sheek.

hi lemonjude I love all pale blues like sky blue and powder'blue and also I love blue green as it makes my eyes stand out as they are blue green too. I like to wear soft shades of lilac and lavendar. I have cream colored walls in my room here at the center.I also like cherry red as it makes mywhite hair look whiter.

I like blue and when I was growing up it was my favorite color then. I have lots of clothes that are blue and my two bedrooms are a very light shade of blue. When I think of blue of think of the sky, ocean and which are calming place. When looking out into the ocean and seeing the wave it makes me just feel relax and like I can do anything. The blue sky on a sunny day makes people want to get out and do things with family and friends.

My favorite color used to be blue. I used to like it because it was dark and fun. But, now that I have gotten older, I do not have a favorite color anymore. I like all colors now, I like colors that blend great together, and color that makes me stand out. I also like mixing up colors, like tide-dye or something.
