What about this Picture?

elderly couple walking the Riverwalk - Taken with the same camera as my previous post (eye of the sun). This is an elderly couple walking the Riverwalk in San Antonio, TX.

I added a watermark so I can keep track of it easily. I have the full unedited image as well.

Such a romantic sweet picture, and nature surrounds the love. Excellent, and you can make up your own story around this one. I like the thought behind it and the distant shot. Very peaceful. Out of curiosity, do you name your pictures? Or are you just starting out?

Don't ask me why but the first impression I got from this picture was "Sanctuary"..a place to come and feel protected. Maybe I'm just thinking of all the little animals living there that you don't see. Sometimes I think I'm nuts, lol!

I have named a few of them, but this one I just couldn't come up with anything suiting. I have only named about half of them.

LOL, when i look at it I see a big picture as in a big world out here and the people stand out as standing together. Like two people standing together facing the world together, but there is beautey in it too so that is where the grace and love come from. Honestly, it's a sign of hope. Elderly couple walking together through life. And that right there makes their surrounding beautiful.

I love black and white photographs and I love the River Walk. I lived in San Antonio for 20 years and hope to go back soon. The only suggestion I have is if you could have take the picture when the couple was a little closer to you. The person on the right blends in with the trees and if they hadn't gone down the walk as far, they would have stood out a little more. You must have taken the picture early in the morning. It's hard to take a picture at the River Walk without a lot of tourists walking around. You did a great job with your contrast.

I like this one way more than the sun picture. There's a subtlety to this one that I really appreciate. You've managed to immortalize an amazing moment, congrats!

Same here. Thanks. The sun picture was one of the first ones I took that came out decently. :-p
