Best Metallica song live... / myLot

Well, the question is, what is your favorite Metallica song to hear being played live? What song works best at a concert, in front of a huge crowd? Or what song would you like to hear, that they don't play often? For me, the song that works best live is Creeping Death. The crowd chanting "Die!" while James sings the bridge...it's awesome! Also, the song has so much energy, I think it sounds great live. For rare songs, I love hearing them play Orion. I know why they don't play it often, and I can understand, but I think that's what makes it so much more special when they do play it.

My Metallica's best live song is Enter Sandman live in Moscow in 1991..

Moscow '91 might just be the best Metallica concert ever. The sound was brutal, and the crowd was massive. That was an epic show, with all the other bands there, too.

I haven't seen Metallica performing live, but one of my favorite songs is The Memory Remains. That one besides some of the classics like Enter Sandman make me feel pumped up and ready to roll.

The Memory Remains is cool, I've always liked that song. Reload was a good album, for the most part. I was really surprised that they did a song with Marianne Faithful, that is crazy. But, it's one of the reasons why I love this band.
