what home appliance makes your electricity bill higher these days?

hi xannebull I have found when we had our own home that the air conditioner and our large refrigerator were the power gobblers. our fridge was old too so it was not as efficent as the newer modern ones are

oh! the airconditioner and the refrigerator does makes our electric bill high. like now that we are using the old refrigerator because the new one is kidn of breaking up, its system is way too slow. i just hope i could save enough money to buy a new one. and well we do need to turn on the aircondition specially on hot nights like we are having now. i just cannot sleep well. same as my parents do. jhelai

The compressor used to pump water to the overhead tank is the culprit to raise our electricity bill.But we can't avoid it,as we live in an area where the municipal supply is not sufficient.Other than that the fans add up to more current.I don't have an air-conditioner or a refrigerator to blame on.

hello there! in our house, our computer is open from the moment we wake up till the moment we sleep! huh! but i think the most that contributes to our high electric bill is the fridge as well as iron...coz i always iron our clothes...right now we are not using electric fan that much coz its cold where i live...so that's it. have a nice day! :-)

It is aircon, electric fan, iron, coffee maker, refrigerator and electrical oven. All things that uses heat are the electrical appliances which consumes higher electricity usage thus causing highest electricity bills. My computer usage is like a television set and it is not consumes much . While i uses laptop rather than desktop consumes electricity more.

The refrigerator makes our electricity higher, because of the whether, so that the biggest amount of consumption comes on it.

I am on my computer alot during the day and I also did run my air condition during the day so I would have to say they are probably what is running electric bill up. I had an air conditioner I put in my window we took it out today so electric bill will go down until I have to turn the furnace on.

Thats the same problem I have My computer and air condition are increasing my electricity bill very much.I have to check it by some means available

Hi,as i am staying as single where i am living,i use electric rice cooker regularly and water heater regularly.These are punishing me with high power bills.Have a nice time xan.

yes, in my opinion the electricity bill increases more due to the use of computer and the air-conditioner and also the refrigerator also consumes electricity more ....

Hey there, I think yeah your right if your gonna use all those appliances at the same time your gonna have a very high electric bill. So try to limit using those stuffs if necessary.
