As fas as my thinking is whenever they promote you to some position your salary also gets automatically increased and you can always inform your boss about your expetations so that he can take that up with the management. Always keep your records of the tasks you have done, projects you have worked on and contribution you have made to the team or company. it's been three years of working but my boss still don't increase my salary..i don't know why the reason is the office is not progressive.
