Blue coloured words.

Hi there friends, how many of you have noticed ,that in the last couple of days, whenever I receive a response, there are some words which are blue in color, and when you click on it, the original black color returns, but when you pass your cursour over them, an advertisment pops out. How many of you have noticed this.
