Survivor Samoa - A CRAFTY Snake at that (Warning Spoilers) - Week 2

I can not believe that Russell found the immunity idol!! That was sooooo funny! He is a good game player. It was smart of him to confide in Jaison. Jaison is one of my favorite players so far too. That Yamine is crazy! She really went off on that tribe and it wasn't a smart move on her part. That may come back to bite her. Who was the guy taken out of the challenge? He was an idiot at tribal. Shambo loosing that fishing stuff was not good! She didn't even seem to care about it. I am still trying to get all the names down so no guesses on the final 4 yet.

Russell was smart in looking for that idol right off the bat. I bet you that in future seasons they will stop putting idols at the camp because they know people will be looking for them. I don't like him either but you have to give credit to him for the moves he has made so far. I like Jaison and think he knows how to make someone (ie Russell) trust him even if he doesn't really plan to keep his word. He's kind of playing with Russell right now and seeing how he can help him get further in the game, but I don't think he trusts Russell at all though. Poor Shambo, she should have took someone fishing with her so that if anything happened it would be 2 people that messed up, not just one. Yasmin is NUTS. She thinks that since she won 2 challenges she can suddenly tell the other tribe how to win? I've never seen anything like that in the history of survivor. I hope her tribe loses next week just so they can rub it in her face. I can't even begin to name a final 4 at this point :) I use Buddy TV's fantasy league usually but I forgot to this time. Anyway that one is fun because each week you guess three players you think might leave next week and you get points if you are right. It's much easier to guess week to week then try to guess the end right now :) So many twists have yet to happen. I think Galu might have an edge though, only because the other tribe is trying so hard to strategize already. Galu is more focused on winning it seems, and surviving, whereas Russell's tribe is full in to making deals already.

Well you are absolutely spot on double... As much as I cant stand Russel...and I REALLY cant stand him....even I had to give him a little respect when he found that immunity idol before even a clue was given out....unfortunately that prolongs his stay in the game and he is definately smart enough to figure out just when to use it...i doubt he will be blindsided while it sits in his pocket...but you never know..a girl can dream cant she? lol I do think that will go down as one of the best moves in survivor history though. Yasmin....wow.....that was some show she put on...im with you i think her tribe just really wanted some peace and quiet by sending her....look for her to be the one chose every time until she is gone...What a tirad she went on...does she really think any of them cared what she thought? I dont wanna take candy from babies so im gonna teach you all how to play this game...lol...um could i have a look at your credentials please??? Which season exactly did she win?? And as much as Ben discusts me...and he discusts me about as much as russel now because i dont tolerate racial slandering very well at all...so he is below pond scum to me with his da*m ketchup sandwiches and koolaide remark....too bad jaison wasnt in hearing distance....anyway....as much as i dispise him as far a yasmin ranting about how he knocked her down in the challenge...well he is right they put the men and women in it together....its not the first season to do that...you need to be tough to play this game and she needs to qiut whinning about it....I dont think he owes her an apology...maybe i missed something though.... I really hated to see betsy go...i hoped she would be around a bit longer...i liked her.....man i guess you better be careful what you say to russel huh...one sideways glance and your outta there!!! Your right about shambo too...she will be the next one out for losing their fishing gear....and she acted like it was so not a big deal....lol...i guess she hasnt watched past seasons....she seems to be such a flake...i cant get a good read on her...shes kinda in her own world ya know? Well i dont really have a good pick for final four yet but let me tack a stab at it this week anyway..... Im gonna have to go with Jaison Russel H (please let me be wrong!) Elizabeth Russel S??? not glued to this one just needed to pick someone...but i like him so i hope he goes far!

I don't like Russell, he will not be in the game long, what an idiot. I also don't like Ben. What a creep! I feel sorry for the rest of the people in that tribe, that's for sure. I hope Galu keeps going strong!

Yes love it or Hate it Russell is a character alright. I can believe he found the Amunity. and then reburied it. That was crazy. As he said in the beginning he ain't there for the money just to mess with people. He dose make the game interesting.

I would love to join your group as I have never missed a Survivor Season since it started. Hope it continues for many more years. However, I actually posted this response on the first discussion - didn't get the way this worked...lol...sorry...so I just duplicated a response...I hope they don't delete this. Unfortunately, after only 2 shows so far, I have yet to even come close to the ones I think or would like to see make it to the final four. 1. Ashley - Have to give her credit last night for wanting to go against the majority who wanted to vote for Betsy off last night. She was right in wanting Ben off...way too C*ocky for me. Although she winced and gave in, in the end. I just hope that Blonde interlect does not make her a follower for the rest of the season. 2. Ben is certainly upfront in the way he is going to play the game - don't mess with him, and he will get even. 3. Elizabeth - A know it all...and I think that is going to get her in the end. 4. Mick - not a leader at all, only in name. He may be smart in playing it this way, but unless we get more verbal communication from him, it seems that he is just sitting back and having no input for his team. He seems like a whimp to me. 5. Shannon (Shambo) - is certainly all talk. Nothing she claims she can do, has she been able to do well...she won't last long. 6. Yasmen - what a trip! She made a fool of herself when she went to the other island. While Ben may have deserved a little lashing, she was definitely an embarassement to her team. 7. Good Russel H. - wow! I'd love to see him thrown off his pedestal quickly...but he is playing the game. Unfortunately I think he started off to quickly, when he went to everyone on the first show, to get a pretend alliance with them. They all caught on quickly that he wasn't sincere. He should've started off a little slower. I don't see him last too long - I think the previews for next week showed Jason talking about getting him off, didn't it? 8. Jason - That's the guy that shows some intellegence, and physical attributes. He is a very likeable guy also. I see him going far, but if he wins too many physical challenges, they may find him as a threat. Betsy, Brett, Dave, Erik, John, Laura, Marissa, and Monica - not enough imput from them, to know what they are like. Natalie and Kelly are just Blondes that are there for the show, looking for romance, and seem to have no brains right now. Typical Blondes. Who I would love to see on the final four: Russel H., Russel S., Jason, and Ashley But who do I think will be there?: the ones that sit back, and let everyone else bicker...lol

I can't stand Russell. He may be smart at manipulating people, but what a SLEAZE! I hope he gets blindsided soon (before he ends up on the jury) and I have no respect for Ben. He is all about Ben. I was really sorry to see Betsy and Marissa get booted off, I liked both of them. Yasmin needs to go too. She is such a low-class trouble maker with a mouth that won't quit. Too early for me to make any predictions about the final four, but I sure hope Russell, Ben, and Yasmin aren't among them. One thing people in the game seem to forget (every season) is what a player will be like on the jury when they get the boot. I say get the ones you don't want deciding the winner off first, then deal with the threats.

Considering how hard it is to find an immunity idol sometimes WITH clues, it's hilarious that Russell found it without clues. I agree with pretty much everything you said. Russell is starting to look like more of a threat to me because he is recognizing threats quickly and neutralizing them. I still don't think he'll make the final but I think he might make it as far as the jury.

Pastor, I agree, the snake can slither for a while but a few people are watching him closely. Jaison and Mitch, not to mention Ashley. They will go along to a point but in the meantime I am sure more will catch on. If he pals up with Benny then everyone will get the picture. Betsy was too busy being a cop to play the game. You don't voice your opinions out loud unless you want to go home. Did you know that Jaison is a law student? He and Mitch are low key and that's the best way to get a full picture. Shambo is definetly going home as soon as their first TC. Her whole appearance and attitude just doesn't jive with the rest of the group. She should have left her rambo-ness at home and come in as Shannon. Too late now. When Yasmine came into the Foa Foa Tribe, I didn't know if I should laugh or turn the TV off. I never heard Jeff tell her to go in there and straighten that tribe out! I'm still stunned. And to get in Benny's face like that was asking for trouble. She goes from whining b!tch to a psycho. She's scary!! I think you are right about the other tribe needing a break from her. If Foa is smart, they will get rid of Benny ASAP. But of course the snake will fight that. But let him. It can only help. Ok, Final Four....Dr. Mitch, Jaison, Laura from the other tribe and Russell Swan. I know I haven't seen much of Laura or Russ S. but it's just a feeling. I don't get good vibes from Erik. We'll have to see. Leenie

HI Double: another great post here; I was just stunned that old Russell found that immunity idol so blasted fast and with not one clue.....Stunned I was just stunned never in a million years would I have guessed that one coming you know? I like Jaison too I just hope he does not trust old Russell too far because you know he will stab him in the back as soon as he can; and Shame on Ben he plays really dirty in those challenges!! I've not picked a final four yet will have to think on that one a bit more I think; I see others referring to you as Pastor would you rather be called that?? keep up the good work on the posts, Lord only knows what will happen next week right??
