Anyone excited about the upcoming film: Witchblade? The film is supposed to be directed by Michael Rymer who did the movie Queen of the Damned. He also directed episodes of BattleStar Galactica. There was a rumor that Megan Fox might be cast as the lead role. Anyone have any details on who will star in the movie? How much do you think the plot will be like the comics? Will it be better or worse than the TV series?

There is no doubt that this film will have a healthy dose of computer generated imagery. The live action Television series never quite got the “organic body armor” right which could obviously be attributed to budget constraints. Financing for the feature film has already been secured but the project may lose it unless it goes into production soon.
