I want a free advertising program which may help to promote my blog

I need a lot of targeted traffic. I have a blog and I have adsense there. Please dear help me by saying where I could get more traffic? Or I want to know the place for free advertising.

I use Adboardz. It is free to join and you can promote up to 10 sites with one link. I have been using it for over 2 years. It is in my profile.

Adboardz is for promoting your blog and any other sites. You will get traffic by promoting.

I still am getting quality traffic, just as long as I keep the sites that I am promoting updated by changing the links.
