Will I lose music file on my computer if I send to friend?

I purchased a song on rhapsody and wanted my friend to hear and I was wondering if I send the file to there email will it be removed from my computer or will it remain in my computer?

No, it will not be removed from your computer. When you email a file, it creates a copy of it from the original on your computer and then sends the copy to your friend. Your friend will receive the email and can download the attached file, in this case a music file. Then he/she can listen to it as long as it is not DRM protected. (I don't think you have to worry about it because iTunes is one of the few programs that actually has protection.)
