Need advice about child support

Hello guys! I have a five year old son and his father an american is in Florida. We've been separated for more than 4 years now. His father has just started pension last February. My questions...what are my son's rights and benefits? Anyone here who has knowledge with legal matters will be very much appreciated. By the way i am from Cagayan de Oro city.

I don't have an idea with legal matters. In my opinion if you are married to the Father of the child you have the right to get child support. You need to search or ask it to the us embassy or ask any lawyer.
