i want to know about masters degree in EC council

hey guys, i really want to study network security for my higher studies.. and i found this college whare they have masters degree in EC council. master of security science. (mss) so is there someone who did that course..? please resoponse if you know about that degree program.. i wnat to know wheter it is recognized and all.. hope some one can help me..
