Dozens dead in Philippine floods

Just read this article about the Philippine floods. I know that their was some deaths but I hope there isn't anymore. My heart and prayers go out to you. At least 40 people have been killed and thousands more evacuated as floods caused by heavy rain brought chaos to the Philippines, officials say. It has been reported that a month's worth of rain fell in 6 hours. Wow!
