list my site on search engine

In the net,the most profitable center is your own website.If you have a website and are receiving a good amount of traffic,then that means that you are earning a good amount of money and the best way to receive traffic is through search engine.Therefore,I have given my site for adding it to search engine.I get 200+ visitors daily but I don't link exchange programs or my website link listed on good websites,due to which google is not crawling my website. See this is my website:- http://multitalentedsite.co.cc/ Please tell me how can I add my site to search engines??I have made and submitted sitemap but it's not working.Please help!!!
