so i want to have a website so i can put the banners for ptc sites on. i have no idea how to start it. i have google gmail and i can start a site there but i seriously have no clue what im doing. how do u start and any step by step instructions would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

You should start with free websites like Blogger. I recommend you to go to Blogger.com and there you just have to follow some simple steps. It is really easy to do it and to design it, you won't really have any problem

i am a member to blogger.com but i got confused during it. i will try and see if i can get it going again.
