How do you feel about MyLot Support?

I personally feel that they need to improve their customer support by a couple hundred percent!

I have not contacted MyLot as yet for any support. I did not even notice that they have such a function. Where is it? What makes you say that they need to improve their customer service? Did you contact them and were you able to resolve your issue, if at all?

I have contacted them & I received an instant bot message from them 5 seconds later telling me that they received the message, they will work on it but that there is no need to send any follow-up messages to them concerning the matter.
It's been 2 weeks now & they have yet to resolve the issue that concerns me.

That's bad. I read in another discussion though that MyLot support is A+. Maybe, there are just too many requests for assistance and they do not have enough staff to attend to these. Keep on contacting them. Good luck.

yes, me too feel that they need to improve on that, although i have never tried to contact them i mean i didn't need to contact them but i have heard from many people around here that they don't reply quickly, they should improve on that and should try to take more queries daily.
