Hey, i am thinking of replacing my celeron computer with a core i7 based laptop by the end of this year. I am considering Alienware m15x. Seriously, i am not a big gamer, but instead one who likes tweaking n customization, testing softwares and experimenting with my computer such as trying to install mac on my computer!!. Seeing its a gaming laptop would i would like to know is it fine for me seeing its a high-end computer. Here are the tech specs - Corei7 820 qm 4 gb ddr3 ram 500 gb hdd @ 7200 rpm 1 gb nvidea 260 gtx graphics dual layer dvd drive

A very nice laptop, but for those of us there are no special requirements of people, the price is too high, not that it should have functions to play. But it really is great. I just need to deal with some documentation, so I will not buy.
