There are number of tools online to make a general website but for specialized one you must go for any expert. for a free website you can go for geocities.com by yahoo or you can go 50megs.com. they will give you subdomain which you can use to make your website named.

Hey, ever you try to get WYSIWYG Web Builder 6.2.5 ? Its the best web builder i think. It use a program called WYSIWYG mean "what you see is what you get". Hope it help you...

Yes, i agree with all responces. Creating free blog mean creating your own free website. You can start make money with it. Once your earning is possible to buy domain, you can change your blog name or start a new blog with your own domain without using any webhost. Why ? Because free blog like blogger and wordpress give you unlimited bandwitch space. Hope it will help you.

No, there isn't free domain available for us. I still remember when i try to get one, i must get 10 referral, and when i reach it, the face the fact "they are scam". After that, i always think that to get money, we must spend money...

You can start by make blog website first. There are many option for this, but the best are blogspot and wordpress. But i consider blogspot is the best choice for beginner. If make it in blogspot, your address will be xxx.blogspot.com then you can register in co.cc to make your website become xxx.co.cc the best part is it Totally FREE
