I'm experienced dysmenorrhea once it so painful to the point you can't able to move. My problem now is my hormonal imbalance that's why up to now I'm experiencing prolonged menstrual bleeding. In my ultrasound it was normal and the doctor that me it is hormonal imbalance because of stress. She advice me to take a pill but I stop me because I don't feel better. Now it occur again I don't know what to do anymore I take the pill again and it is very hard not to be stress.

Don't worry it is just a normal thing to experience the pain before the period. It is called as Ovulation Pain.
I have discovered it when I ask my Doctor. Because I have pains before my period and by that it is an indication for my that my menstrual period is coming so soon around 4-6 days.
