Do you think about the quality of your post before starting a topic?

I have been here with mylot for more than 1 month. The most heated post I got is receiving 39 response( I know a friend got more than 80 response for her post), while some less-heated post got no response. I see the difference we get between the heated and nor-heated post. Now, I only start a post when I think it will be popular, anyway, it's out of my expectation sometimes. How about you, Mylotters, do you think about the quality of your post before starting a topic? How often you come up with new idea, and where you get the impulse for your topic? Do you prefer starting a new topic or response to others? If you do not mind, how many response you got for your heated post so far? Thanks for your response and have a nice day.

Yea i try my best to put up good topics because It's so annoying seeing people posting like 10 topics in the matter of a few minutes and maybe two of them will get a few posts. So i do my best to make good topics. My best had like 20 responses or something. I can't really remember. it might have been less or more. Congrats to you and your friend for getting such good topics though.

The more suspence full your discussion is the more responses you get from others wether the discussion is heated or non heated, I have noticed that if curiosity arises then there are more and more people leave alone your friends do respond to know the depth of the discussion.
