Hi My lotters ,I need some advice .Iv have been ever so Passionate about starting my own taxi payroll business.Problem is ,in my country taxi's are owned by "Gangs". I know that if I somehow organised there money into books and also paid they drivers electronically instead of cash that Id improve this industry and empower the drivers and people. The Only concern is they keep on killing each other every week and my parents think Il get shot ! Perosnally I dont think so because I know MOST of the taxi drivers and I get along with all of them ...Im REALLY passioinate about my Idea and even have received funding to start it ,I believe I can change My country.. Should I still go ahead and do it? Even in an industry as dangerous as the teaxi one ?

if your really passionate about it and if it's not just a hopeless dream than i think you should go for it. every person has a chance to make a difference and what really counts is what you do and not what you hope for. that being said you have to ask your self is it really worth it to risk your life? i'm not sure because i haven't been to your country before nor have i ever ridden a taxi more than once.
