Sleeping is indeed very essential in life, it is good to gain back energy we have spend throughout the day and it is also good for the skin too. We have to sleep though everyday for some eight hours.

When you sleep your body goes through a regeneration process. During the day your muscles break down slightly as they are being used, so while you're asleep they are repaired. Your brain also goes through processes where the short-term memories you've developed throughout the day become long-term memories, and everything you've learned becomes processed. A trick I learned when I was in school was to review important information I was having trouble understanding right before I went to sleep. When I woke up I would find that it was easier to understand. Right now I'm learning Russian, and I study the language for about an hour four days of the week. Right before I go to sleep I review the new words I've learned for about five or ten minutes, and then the next day the words I was having trouble remembering are really easy to recall.

Sleeping makes your body working. If you don't sleep I don't think you would actually do what your doing right now. Right? Having enough sleep makes your body and mind healthy. I've heard in a news before that taking a nap is an equivalent of an eight hour sleep. I don't know it was really true but in my own experience, it is. Cheers!
