Yes, absolutely, but it is down to lifestyle. You can sustain your figure with healthy eating and excercise, i would say for much more than just in your forties. Healthy living is the key, i think, and plenty of sleep, to nourish your complexion. Also, personal pride, nice clothes etc, but not mutton dressed as lamb, that does not look good.

Definently yes ! I have the proof above my appartment . If you see her, and you don`t know nothing about her, you would be inloved . She has 2 kids. One it`s older than me and one it`s younger . She has more than 40 years old, but she has not more than 60 kg and she really know how to keep beautiful all the time . I believe they can if they take all precautions and all necessary stuffs to be healthy and sexy at the age of even 40. I have my aunt who is very sexy though she is above 45 and she says age is not the difference but the way of living is very important.
