Since you are from the phillipines and I am from the United States and most of the things I do are for US citizens, except one site. I would recommend Bukisa, it is a site where you can write about anything- the more articles you accumulate the bigger the money. Some people write 300- 3000 articles. You can write about places to visit in your country, home decorating, christmas traditions, recipes, anything. You just need a paypal account to start. When you refer people and they write, you get a percentage of their earnings. Your article must be 250 words. Look at other Bukisa members to get a feel of what to write about. Bukisa is located in Israel, and open to people from different countries. I hope this helps.
