Should there not be a page of simplistic references here on mylot, not the rules and regulations, some people are ADD, or just have short attention spans like me, and would like a simple yes or no, where GOOD things to do on mylot or BAD things to do on mylot, are there in your face? Perhaps fewer people would be banned from the site or the information would just be known by all those, who for some reason have not taken the time to read the technical rules and regulations. Then there would be no excuse.

Hi Artistry, I lot of it comes from just getting familiar with the site and asking friends when you're not sure about things. I still have to ask how bits on the technical side work. Also there are already lots of discussions asking about various things like should one respond to ones own discussions etc so you can do a search in the top right hand box. Or then there are the things which can puzzle at first such as the guidelines say don't talk about earnings in the discussion, then you'll see five people doing it, just save your time as they will be deleted.

Well you are most welcome Artistry, but did you listen? You won't get anywhere dear chap with quick one line comments on your responses, you need to do at least a four line quality one if you want to make some cents along the way. That way you create a discssion and people will rate you positively. Spend time responding at first to see which kind of discussions work then you'll get more quality responses to your own.

....Hi again thea09, Okay I will make sure I open my eyes and my ears, and do what will be something quite positive for moi :o). It is ore than nice for you as busy as you are, to take the time to give good advice to those of us who are new in town. Again I thank you for your response, and for really caring enough to help. It is really thoughtful of you. Take care.

I really think that if you're going to post on any website you need to take the time to read the rules...ADD, short attention span or not. It's not the administrator's responsibility to make the information fit anyone's style. If folks who don't take the time to read the rules end up getting into trouble, it's really their fault, not the website's.
