These days there are so many exercises for your stomach and so many ab equipment to get the best flat abs. They all promote their equipment. The AB Roller has really helped me to lose a lot of inches off my waist, just doing 2-3 mins a day. Share what you have done to get a flatter stomach and have seen amazing results, if it is certain exercises or certain exercise equipment. What has worked for you?

hi..if you want to have ripped 6pack abs, have a well planned diet, low carbs, low calories, back it up with 20-30mins. or more cardio exercise, if you trim off your fats that's the time you can do your abs execises, in doing so, remember that our abs is consist of slow twitch muscle, slow twitch muscle are best stimulate with higher reps...like doing your abs exercise to failure..our abs muscles has 3 parts upper abs; the best exercise is crunch or sit-up, lower abs; seated in flat or inclined bench, leeg or knee raise is best, oblique: do oblique crunch..for more details visit www.bodybuilding.com and search for exercise guide...try it, and i'm sure you will have ABSolutely ripped abs...

Well I find as I lose excess body fat my abs just naturally lean out that way, and I'm actually try to lose about 10 lbs at the moment. I make sure to do strength training as in intervals, then 3 hrs hours during the week of just hard cardio. I also make sure to eat relatively clean with lots of protein, veggies and fruit. I don't eat as much grains, dairy, breads as I have food allergies. I have a trainer at the moment who says the key to flat abs is your diet, cardio where you really work hard and suck in your ab muscles a lot of the time. That's great that the ab roller worked for you. I have a few machines at home, might even have that one. I don't know I have a tendency to buy the latest gadget and forget about it after a while?
