How do you stay "regular"?

Probably a gross question for some people, but what are the things you do to keep your digestive system "regular"? The only thing that has worked for me is drinking coffee. I can't stand how fiber supplements taste, and can't seem to get enough fiber in the foods I eat. So the only thing I do now to keep regular, is drink coffe and limit my dairy intake. What about you? What types of FOOD do you eat that helps you stay regular in the bathroom? I need some ideas, as I'm trying to cut down on caffeine. Any tips or whatever would be helpful!

Basically, we need keep a regular diet to remain healthy. If you eat a lot or very little, or not on time, all of these could do harm to your body. Women may choose a suitable diet plan to keep slim. To me, i prefer to choose various food to get a balance. for drink, such as milk, syrup, pure water,tea, coffee, i enjoy these when i like at any time, not just one kind. you are right, caffeine is not good if you eat more, you could decrease it instead of milk, which do better to your beauty and sleep.
