I know Roy Suryo is IT expert from celebrity infotaintment.But I don't know about his education or from what college that he could get the title "expert".Some people especially IT pratitioners call him incompetent in IT world,maybe because they don't know his name as IT pratitioners.And he most appear in celebrity cases.
