It IS largely about common courtesy - how would you feel if you were self conscious about carrying a bit of extra weight, and somebody pulled you up about it? Or if they criticised the clothing you wore, or slated your family members? I'm pretty laid back, and I'm pretty confident as well, so if somebody said something to me that I found offensive, my attitude would just be "forget you", and I'd walk away. As for the driving thing - I'm training to be a driving instructor, and I'm a better driver than any man I know, but then again, most women are better drivers than men, as statistics show again, and again, and again, and again............ Lol! Happy mylotting

I think there's two sides to this...first, women need to be able to joke about things and not take everything so seriously and second, men need to know that some women are more sensitive about certain things. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**

hi tinsky well just think about it like this,if you had a gut hanging over your masculine belt would you like us women to rag you about it, no you would not. Okay if you just bought a new suit and thought you looked really fab, then a woman told you that suit just doesnt do a thing for you, you would not like that either. or if we made fun of family or friends, you would be offended, or mAde fun of your driving you would get really angry. so figure it out, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. The golden rule works for both sexes.

Personally, I think women need to chill out. As a woman myself, I think if I'm genuinely doing something wrong, it shouldn't be "off limits" to tell me! Pbviously men shouldn't be offensive about it, but that's less of a matter of what to say and more a matter of common courtesy. I think there should be no list of off limits topics because that just creates more tension.

Weight is the big thing! Never! Even if they ask you!
