How Efficient are Audiobooks and Ebooks for you?

Today, with the advent of the internet,different kind of materials are now available for learning. We have come to an age where books were no longer the only source of information and knowledge. Electronic books, popularly known as ebooks, and Audiobooks are readily available in the internet. With the increasing popularity of the two media, would you consider them efficient compared to the conventional printed book?

dude ebooks sucks my eyes are in pain when i read them my eyes are in pain its better to have photostate pages because its easy to read them.

I still prefer the conventional hand-held book. I have never finished a single e-book. I always end up buying the real book and finishing that one instead.
