What do u do when u have a headache?

An Advil or Tylenol always helped me, but since I'm pregnant, I choose not to take anything for headaches. Taking a nap (if I can), I can sometimes sleep it off. Or I like to relax and breathe deeply . . . rubbing my hands and covering my eyes with warm hands seem to comfort it too. I have heard that if you pinch the between your thumb and forefinger for a while, it can help too (accupressure), but I haven't concluded for myself if it works of not.

I take aspirin. I get myself calm. And I go to sleep.
