Aerobic Exercise

Walking is said to be good for health.Aerobic exercises are thought to be good for us. What is your take on this my fellow mylotters?

yeah picjim u r right ..wking up early in the morning,,go for a walk ,,devoting some time on the meditation,thn doing some aerobics help our body to be fit and healthy...it always good exercising for us .it makes our body strong ,flexible and tension free... thnxxx.
