What will you do if you found out that your mother is pregnant from another guy?

Because one of my friend tell me about her situation, about holding a secret and makes she feel guilty about it.She told me the story, she said, when the time her mother confess to her about the situation, she thinked of abortion of her mother's baby. And yeah it was successful then, but how long she can be so silent? To hold those secret then?

I definitely get angry to her for holding a secret. I don't know if I'm going to understand her explanation.

If she didnt do that, her family will get broken then. So she prefer to keep her mouth shut then. And she told me once the mistake is repeated again then she will be the one to tell her family then.
