Help pls!!! I'm unable to customize my profile page

Hello great mylotters. For a very long time, i've been trying to customize my profile page at mylot, but i could not. Each time i made any change, for example html sortie of photo sortie, immediately i click save changes, the sortie disappeared after showing something like its really saving. I repeated this severally only to see the same thing happening each time. Pls mylot gurus tell me how to resolve this problem. Enjoy and happy mylotting!
