Hello fellow MyLotters, Which would you prefer? would you rather be rich or famous? For me, I love my privacy. I mean being famous most especially in the show business world would mean giving up your privacy to you fans and people that support you that help you earn money. I'd rather be rich. I could use that money and help those unfortunate people. How about you?

I would like to be both, if you give me a chance. It is a great and fabulous feeling to become great and to be known by many followers, fans and people. I think everybody wants to be rich, including me because in today's materialistic world 'money' is everything. Many are here on mylot, who openly confess that they are here for money and for nothing else. Your idea of remaining private per se is not bad. Everybody does not like to go public.

I won't blame you for wanting to have both :) I would have to agree that it's a nice feeling to have fans and supporters. Being a rich celebrity is indeed a nice thought. But for people like me, I think the thought is less attractive. I would rather have wealth so I have a way to help other people.

I would prefer wealth over fame too. I value my privacy too much. I could not stand everybody knowing my face, being followed by paparazzi and being photographed in embarrassing situations. If I had wealth not only I would provide adequately for my family but I would be able to help the less fortunate and make some real changes in the world.

My thoughts exactly. :) I love my privacy that I would not exchange it for anything in this world. I'd rather be rich and unknown so I can help people secretly. It doesn't have to go public. I'd be most happy helping people without the knowledge of the public.

I prefer to be rich. Cos with riches, you can do more to not only help yourself, but others as well. And the most important thing, you do not have to worry about the next meal or a roof over your head. Being famous does not necessarily bring you riches. Ghandi is famous, but he is not rich. Mother Theresa is famous, but she is not rich.

flojever, Can I choose Healthy instead? lol. I am in a wrong discussion obviously. But if really I need to choose, I'd choose famous. You know how famous people can make a difference? Well, that is what I'd do. Use the network to bring some good to this world. World peace... :P
