I just found that my heart/mind is not strong to face a weired situation, today one of our friend showed us a clip of postmortum, I was not able to see the first scene but my other friend was able to see till end. Also I cant see blood / injury, I normally faint. Few years back i just heard some one describing an accident, it was hard to imagin and i almost started crying. I dont know why i am like this. So how is your heart/ mind. enjoy mylotting

Everyone has weaknesses. Maybe in this kind of situation you are like this, but in sort of many things you are capable to face it. Not everyone has the ability to face like the situation that you have described, but it wasn't mean that you don't have a strong heart. You have of course!! You just don't knew it, maybe in some other time you will discover. On my own, I thought I am totally weak but there's a situation that happen that makes me believe that I am this STRONG!! SO just wait.... friendly yours, witty06

I would have to say that yes I have a strong heart. I can see blood and not let it affect me, now if it were one of my pets that was injured I don't think I could handle that . If it were one of my sister's kids that got hurt I'm not sure I could handle that too. But that's because I'm not educated on how to deal with an emergency involving my neice and nefew.

I have a very strong heart. I can bear to see blood and all the injuries. But once I see these things after sometime, I start imagining those and feel really horrible. So, I like to stay away from such scenes but one or other way, I see. So, now I don't have a problem seeing them but when I imagine, it feels really horrible.

I believe that I am strong enough to face such accidents because I've lost a friend before which takes time for me to get over and I have been into breaking up and losing a loved one. So now, I am strong enough to face such accidents. So I admit that I have a strong mind and heart.

Having a strong heart and having a strong stomach are two different things....I have a strong heart AND a strong stomach....Why can you not handle that sort of thing? Most likely because you are an empathetic type person and squimish..Nothing wrong with that at all!

I agree with the title of a book I once read called "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway." By that I mean that although I do not like to see injuries or give an injection, for example, I will take a deep breath and do what I have to do. For this reason, friends do remark that I am a "strong" person. I think they have it a little backwards, because it would take a lot more strength to live forever after with the knowledge that I wimped out. Crying is OK as long as one does not run into a post! I will never forget when one of the men in my college biology class passed out during a class video that showed childbirth. I don't remember whether he had the nerve to ever come back to that class again or not, but by now he probably has 40 grandchildren.

Everyone is different and there is nothing wrong with the way you are. As for me I like to think I have a strong heart as I am a very empathetic person and hate to see another living thing in distress. However, at the same time I have a strong stomach and can handle seeing scenes of violence that may or may not include gore very well. I wouldn't worry too much about it if I were you, just because your friend can doesn't mean you should be able to.

I am not sure whether I have a weak or a strong heart/mind. I can hear those things you mention but if i encounter one myself I would be quite panic and not able to control the situation at all. It would be quite slow for me to regain conciousness if I encounter with something bad happening to me.

yogeshdhusa you are not alone and form what you felt is just normal some women or men don't really feel good when they saw anything bloody. But it doesn't mean that your heart is weak my friend you are strong but in some aspects. It's doesn't mean that when a person is able to see a postmortum he or she is already had a strong heart and mind no. Maybe for you after seeing such horrible things that was your reaction.Always remember people differ in so many ways.
