Exercise can extend survival even in ' oldest old'

exercise can extend survival even in ' oldest old ' ... even in the 'oldest old', a little physical activity goes a long way, extending life but at least few years for people in their mid late 80's..even if it was just a 15-minute a few times daily...

I fully agree with you, but to majority of persons including me, it is a task very difficult to cultivate. Today I have started a 15 minutes schedule including two yoga exercises. My muscles really gave me a pain doing that but later I felt quite energetic. Exercise also increases the quality of life one is leading.
