My friend, you shouldn't base your participation on mylot discussions on the arning potential alone. I mean, you are here to make friends, discuss on a relative topic or in several ones or whatever. Earning money for the participation is just an extra. Besides, if you are looking for making money online, you are not in the right place. There are many other better sources of income online.

I beg to disagree loganirado. I'm here primarily to make money and have been doing so for nearly 4 years. You cannot tell people their reasons for being here, that's for them to decide. This is a discussion forum. Not only do you earn for your participation but you help your friends earn by posting discussions that they can respond to and commenting back to their responses. If you simply post a discussion, your responders wonder if you are even reading what they have to say. If you have nothing to say, people may think you are rude or not interested and will probably hesitate to respond to you in future. Participation in the site is what helps you earn; post discussions, post photos, respond, comment, make friends, rate discussions, do tasks. Every little bit you do has an effect on your earnings I believe.

If you start a dicussion and receive responses and do not go back and comment it remains a question/answer topic and not a true discussion By going back and commenting you earn friends and cents and those users who responded are more likely to return to your next discussion too. Just take a look at some of the discussions around in the 'hot' and 'top' tabs and yu wioll see that they are active because the original posted gets back to comment on all of the responses. I prefer responding and commenting when I have not got the time available to start a discussion and know that I will be there to comment immediately on any responses it will receive. I 'bump' my own sometimes by adding another comment and keep them alive (and I see a friend has just bumped an old one a few minutes ago so I will get back to comment there too). As long as it's fun IO have no prefernces but I only start opne of my own when I know I have tinme tio stay with it once it is submitted.

Appalling typo there - this keyboard at work doesn't like me 'As long as it's fun I have no prefeences but I only start opne of my own when I know I have time to stay with it once it is submitted'

But that IS the case here. The less you think about earning the more you earn - magic?

I was going to answer that, but you said it before I did mys. And your keyboard must be a twin of mine. It has the weirdest way of typing. I have earned much more since I comment on the answers I get. But, on the other hand, I´m earning more now that earning is not my first goal here. I LOVE mylot.
