want to start my own ptc site

Anybody out here own thier own ptc site and how is it working. Any suggestions on what i need and how to start. I would also love ideas from other ptc members on the best way to run it and what you would like to see in a ptc site and what features would make you definitely sign up with a ptc. I want to make it the best site possible and would like it to be comparable to the best so I figured the best way would be to get ideas from people who are the users and other successful ptc site owners.
