Is Globelines Broadband goint to get any better or not?

It's almost 3 months already since my subscription to this ISP started. I am so annoyed every time. Ok, today the connection is good but it is good when there is no tomorrow which I am sure will be another patience lesson for me. If I can only switch to another ISP I will do it immediately but the problem is that I have to wait for my lock-in period to get through. its going to be 2 years of heart breaking bills.

Yeah, well I am also disgusted also after the Ondoy flooding my phone hasn't been restored to date. Although my Internet connection was restored already my phone was not. I am contemplating that I subscribe to internet only plan than wait for the service to be restored.

I know, there not always good with their services but they always tend to remind the person on time..about the incoming bill. it's really sad because we really don't deserve that kind of treatment since we are paying a large amount of money. . you should try smart bro maybe the signal in smart bro are better there than globe.

hello Danzy That's not fair, no wonder you're not always online. i guess Globe/Smart isn't always good in other sites. have you complained this to the Customer Service? three weeks is HELL already, why do have to wait for two years, these people are only good for sending bills but not entirely in making good service to the customers. maybe you could try smart bro for the moment. ..
