I need help with HubPages and adsense

Not sure what to do. I have a piece to put on HubPages. When I clicked sign up for adsense, it asks me to put in my web site address, It says example, www.example.com. When filling out the form on hubpages, it says give you article a web address. When I gave tried www.thename of the article.com, it says the web address must only have numbers,letters and dashes. But you get paid by adsense. So am I supposed to put www.hubpages.com? Also, can I just create the hubpage and worry about adsense at a later time?
