Most of us disregard the value of listening. We prefer to talk, to be listened to but forget the significance of listening. One can only understand things if he listens. One can only love to its fullest sense if he does listen. One can only fathom the depth of somebody's heart if he just listens. One can only live his life in a meaningful way if he listens. Do you?

listening is always better than talking..a little bit of saying and more listening always add values to your character and personality.I am not gonna make a list of it merits but few can be said as you are taken serious, considered mature, caring, at least attentive (if can't help)..so its always better to listen than to talk...and at last you have more time to think and advise.

It is really important for people to listen. But sometimes, we are being caught up with our own world and just whine for the things around us. I make it a point to always listen first, assess the situation before giving an opinion. I can say that I am a good listener as usually my colleague come to me if they have a problem. Honestly, I do not think they need my advise, only somebody that can listen to them

..Yes.. I always make ti a point that I always listen.. I've already realize the importance of listening.. I've also experienced being ignored and I don't like other people to experience the same way.. However, I got frustrated when people would not listen to me.. They just to talk and they don't allow me to talk also..
