Reading Books

I encourage my children to read books rather than search it in the internet...search the difficult word in dictionary...practice searching new word everyday research it much better to add up knowldge

yeah,it's right and necessary!Search it in the internet can't replace Gain knowledge from book totally!

I think it's great that you're encouraging kids to read actual printed books rather than relying simply on the Internet. While I see the Internet as a great learning tool (obviously, since I'm using this site,) I also fear that people may start losing touch with the printed word. So, kudos to you for keeping the flame alight!

yeah, you are right. Reading books is much advantageous than searching in the internet. For one reason, it is more economical because you don't use electricity in reading. Second, the when you want to read novels from the net, it is not complete.
