Mturk account suspended???

Hi friends, my account in mturk got suspended due to the some reasons. One of the requester complained to them about my work. Hence they suspended the account. Any one plz give me the information regarding new account. 1) Can I have a new account in the same payee name, or in the different payee name. 2) I can work from the different ip as that of the previous one . Anybody who have experienced this problem help me out.
