yea having kids and working all the time and getting no time for yourself, when you used to have tonnes of time, that got to me to much and i started to lose it, so i seen my doctor and followed steps, but now im off the steps and try to take a natural stance to things now, and just try to remember when im at work, that its just a job and i can leave it, not like kids though, you have to endure them for life!

I pull a 'Happy Gilmore' and find my happy place.
The key to self-restrain is self-actualization. You need to realize what you're capable of and what lasting reprocussions your actions will have if you continue to get angry. I go into counseling sessions with one of my friends and his counselor said that the main reason that I'm not as angry as him is because I stop and think about everything. So, in short, look at the wider picture before performing actions of destruction.
It's good to know that you can control your own emotions. Your inner beauty will lead you to great places.

I think you have the right idea here. Lets face it you cannot spit in every ones face for pissing you off. Then there is always the fact that a lot of it comes from inside us from something else that relates to this anger that presses us so wrong. I am not up for that, kicking butt stuff anymore its quite embarrassing that,I ever was. Being in control of my anger is a wonderful feeling.Achieving this through any way possible,I can actually feel it coming on now that,I stop before I even start
.Most of the time the people who spout off the most have the least to say
.I also despise anyone who says over the internet,I would kick your butt if you where here, these people are a waste of precious time.

Control your self madame, lol, you're great, you can manage your anger unlike the other, they throwing anything can handle, shouting outside and creating trouble, thats thier ways of easing anger, we are lucky, God gave us the spirit of calmness and control, thanks for wonderful comments, keep on posting..

Hi there Shell Back!
Thankfully, I don't have any anger issues. What I do is that whenever I feel angry, I try to be alone and let my anger subside. Afterwards, I evaluate the situation before I act. However, that's not always a case. there are times when I'm not able to hold my feelings but I don't get violent or destructive.

That nice, you handled you anger properly, you can patake it in your family and you can be proud of your self, being violent sometimes are acceptable but with limitations and it depends on how the situation runs, thanks for you wonderful comments, i realy appreciate that, good day to you friend...

Depends on the situation. In most cases I can control myself. There are those few instances though that someone pushes just the right buttons. In that case I let them have it. I am very much the kind of person that sticks up for myself. IT just depends on what it's about.

Good point, you're observant, it depends on the situation, its a good sign that you can control the situation, others dont observe that and boost thier anger to the fullest and the results are sacrifices. We are lucky that we can prevent such things like ANGER... thanks... continue and support responses, happy mylotting...
