What should I do?

I'm graduated from college in 2007 and entered this company which I'm working for, but the company bought the social insurance for just one year during the more than two years, and the boss never mention the rest of insurance. When we staffs refer to this, he's always evasive or changes the conversation topic. Some of my friends suggested to me bringing a lawsuit against the company, but I'm afraid of unemployment and we face an employment pressure in my country, so what should I do? plz give me some advice, friends, thanks!
